Copper Technologies
Since being founded in 2018, Copper has been building the standard for institutional digital asset infrastructure with a focus on custody, collateral management, and prime services. Led by Amar Kuchinad, Copper's Global CEO, the firm provides a comprehensive suite of custody, trading and settlement solutions that reduce counterparty risk and bring greater capital and operational efficiency to digital asset markets. At the heart of Copper's offering is Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology - the gold standard in secure custody. Copper's multi-award winning custody system is unique in that it can be connected to centralised exchanges, DeFi applications and even staking pools without the assets leaving the custody. Built on top of this state-of-the-art custody, ClearLoop is the first solution in the market that overcomes a growing industry challenge; counterparty risk with exchanges. This solution underpins a full prime services offering, connecting global exchanges, and enabling customers to trade and settle directly from the safety of their MPC-secured wallets. By reducing settlement time for transfers to a few milliseconds (without blockchain network dependency) and offering enhanced security measures, ClearLoop is rapidly reshaping the way asset managers trade and manage capital. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer operating production-grade infrastructure. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation) and automated environment provisioning. Strong experience with containerisation and Kubernetes, including production operations and cluster management; EKS preferred. D365 Implementation Specialist (Order to Cash)
WD-40 Company Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Overview D365 Implementation Specialist - Order to Cash Milton Keynes, UK (Hybrid) UK Work Authorisation Required - Visa Sponsorship Not Available You've been on ERP implementations where the OTC workstream looked deceptively simple on paper - and then pricing logic, trade agreements, and EDI transaction volume turned it into something else entirely. You know the difference between a sales order that flows cleanly and one that's going to create downstream problems in AR and GL before anyone notices. And you know that getting multi-country OTC right in D365 means understanding that Europe isn't one market - it's many, each with its own tax scheme, e-invoicing requirement, and commercial structure. If that's the environment where you do your best work, WD-40 Company has a role worth your attention. The Role WD-40 Company is mid-way through a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O rollout - UK, Europe, LatAm, APAC. Europe is the next major implementation on the horizon and the most complex: one warehouse supporting multiple countries, meaningfully different VAT schemes, e-invoicing mandates across markets, and OTC processes that have to flex across direct, broker, distributor, and concentrate supply models. WD-40's global ERP implementation team is growing. This role brings dedicated OTC technical expertise to the UK, working alongside a Finance Implementation Specialist and partnering with the OTC Business Process Lead as the programme scales into its most complex implementation yet - Europe. You're joining a team that's already delivering globally, at the point where the work gets most interesting. As OTC Implementation Specialist, you own the technical workstream for order-to-cash. You'll work alongside the OTC Business Process Lead as a genuine peer - they own the process design, you own the D365 configuration that delivers it. Same manager, complementary lanes, shared accountability for the solution. You'll be involved in active rollouts immediately, while building toward the major European implementation beginning in 2027. You'll also provide configuration support and escalation coverage for markets already live - so the work is genuinely global from day one. Responsibilities Own the D365 F&O OTC technical workstream - configuration, design, and technical validation - for UK and European implementations. You're a delivery owner, not a support function. Partner with the OTC Business Process Lead as a true peer. They bring the process expertise and commercial understanding; you bring the system architecture. You co-create the solution. Lead fit-gap analysis and technical design sessions - identifying where D365 standard functionality meets the business requirement and where it doesn't, and making the right call on configuration vs. customisation vs. scope challenge. Configure OTC modules in D365 F&O: sales order management, pricing engines, trade agreement journals, price groups, rebate management, customer and vendor portals, AR, and related integrations. Get deep into WD-40's pricing and trade agreement complexity - this is the most commercially sensitive area of the OTC workstream and requires genuine D365 pricing configuration experience, not familiarity with the concept. Own technical validation and defect resolution within the OTC workstream through SIT and UAT phases, working alongside the BPL who owns process-side test script design and business scenario validation. Navigate OTC localisation across European markets: VAT treatment, e-invoicing requirements (PEPPOL and country-specific formats), cross-border pricing, and country-specific trade structures. These are not edge cases; they are core to the EU implementation. Work effectively in an EDI-heavy transaction environment - 80% of WD-40's order volume flows through EDI. You don't need to design EDI architecture, but you must understand how EDI transaction flows interact with OTC configuration in D365. Collaborate with the enterprise architect on end-to-end design and integration standards. Support hypercare post go-live through the stabilisation period, then move to the next market. Contribute to agile planning cycles. Keep your workstream documented, visible, and on track. Qualifications Deep, hands-on D365 F&O OTC implementation experience - configuration ownership, not project participation. 5 years is the floor; 7+ is what we're targeting. Proven D365 pricing configuration depth: trade agreement journals, price groups, multi-tier discount structures, rebate management, and deduction handling. WD-40's pricing is its most complex OTC area - candidates without this specific experience will struggle from day one. Multi-country or European OTC implementation experience - you understand that VAT schemes, e-invoicing mandates, and trade structures differ meaningfully across EU markets and you've designed D365 OTC configuration to reflect that. Awareness of how 3PL, 3PM, and broker/distributor supply models affect OTC process design and D365 configuration - WD-40's supply chain runs through external partners and the OTC workstream must reflect that reality. EDI fluency in a B2B OTC context. Not as an EDI developer, but as someone who has configured OTC processes where EDI is the dominant order channel and understands how it shapes configuration decisions. Comfortable holding the technical lane in a peer partnership with a Business Process Lead - you can own configuration decisions without overreaching into process design. Awareness of OTC-Finance boundaries in D365: AR posting, revenue recognition, intercompany billing, and where OTC configuration creates downstream consequences in GL. Strong documentation and communication habits - commercial and operations stakeholders need to trust your configuration decisions; your BPL partner needs to understand what you've built. Experience with Microsoft implementation methodology and agile delivery practices. CPG or distribution industry background is a genuine advantage - you'll immediately understand the volume, cadence, and commercial dynamics of WD-40's sales environment. About Us Our"Why" At WD-40 Company, we believe that purpose-driven, passionate people guided by our values create amazing outcomes. Staff Platform Engineer
Hyperexponential
About hyperexponential (hx) At hyperexponential, we're building the AI-powered platform that enables the world's most critical decisions in a £7 trillion industry, which risks to take, and how to price them. These are the decisions that shape real-world outcomes: whether rockets successfully launch into space, autonomous vehicles make it to market, or communities recover after major storms. Until now, insurance has been making billion-pound decisions using outdated tools. We're changing that. Our platform brings together data, AI, and human expertise to give insurers the fastest path from submission to decision - helping them move faster, act smarter, and take on more risk with confidence. Backed by a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures, we're scaling globally - already trusted by nearly 50 of the world's largest insurers, with zero churn and billions in premiums flowing through hx. What began as a single product in one market has rapidly evolved into a multi-product, multi-territory platform powering every stage of pricing and underwriting. AI is at the core of what we do - from building the world's first domain-specific AI peer programmer for insurance (think GitHub Copilot with a PhD in actuarial science) to shaping agentic workflows that reinvent how this industry operates. What makes hx different is the people who build it. Here, impact isn't tied to title or tenure; it's defined by the challenges you take on and the discipline you bring. Surrounded by peers who stretch you, you'll do the best, hardest work of your life in a company engineered to endure. If that sounds like you, join us in building what comes next. About the Platform team Platform at hx builds the foundation that enables engineering teams to ship secure, scalable applications at velocity. We're evolving towards an AI-first platform where self-service infrastructure, intelligent automation, and reusable components compound developer productivity and operational excellence. This isn't about maintaining the status quo; we're reimagining how modern software delivery works. As the Staff Platform Engineer, you will own the technical direction of this evolution. You will define the architecture and engineering standards that others build to, drive coherence across teams, and ensure the platform strategy is aligned to long-term business outcomes. You will shape how AI-first, self-service infrastructure is done at scale, not just by delivering capabilities yourself, but by creating the conditions for engineering teams across the organisation to move faster, more safely, and more autonomously. Check out our Engineering Candidate Hub for a behind the scenes look at the team you would be joining! What you'll be doing Establish a coherent 12-18 month technical direction for the platform, with clearly articulated trade offs, milestones, and alignment across engineering leadership. The roadmap is understood, trusted, and actively referenced by stakeholders. Platform capabilities are adopted broadly across engineering, not because teams are told to use them, but because they are well designed, well documented, and genuinely reduce friction. Measurable reduction in Platform as a bottleneck for common provisioning and deployment tasks. Define the architectural patterns and standards that enable autonomous and AI augmented workflows across the organisation. Other engineers can build AI native capabilities without requiring Platform's direct involvement in every initiative. Platform defined standards for security, reliability, and operational excellence are embedded into how all teams build not enforced through gatekeeping, but adopted because they are the path of least resistance. Measurable reduction in misconfiguration, security exceptions, and operational incidents across the estate. Senior engineers are visibly stronger for having worked alongside you. The team develops better instincts for architecture, trade offs, and platform thinking. You are sought out as a technical authority. What you'll need to have done Defined the architecture, standards, and patterns for the platform domain over a multi quarter horizon. Makes high judgement calls on foundational trade offs such as build vs buy, depth vs breadth, short term pragmatism vs long term coherence and brings the organisation along on those decisions. Navigating disagreement across senior engineers, architects, and stakeholders to reach durable technical decisions. Comfortable holding a position under pressure, updating it when presented with better evidence, and ensuring decisions stick once made. Accountability for outcomes that span multiple teams and that they do not personally deliver. Designs systems, standards, and enablement approaches that multiply the effectiveness of the engineers around them, rather than being the primary hands on contributor to every initiative. Defined how AI and automation are embedded into the platform at an architectural level not just experimenting with tools, but establishing patterns that make AI augmented workflows the default for engineering teams across the organisation. Understanding of the adoption dynamics, internal customer needs, and the systemic barriers to self service. Shapes the platform roadmap based on feedback, usage data, and a clear eyed view of where friction exists and ensures the platform earns its adoption rather than mandating it. Identified architectural, security, and operational risks before they become incidents. Influences how the broader engineering organisation thinks about reliability, security posture, and cost efficiency not just within Platform's direct remit. Connecting platform decisions to business outcomes clearly and credibly. Can represent the platform strategy to senior leadership, translate engineering constraints into business language, and use commercial context to sharpen technical priorities. Actively developing senior engineers through technical challenge, honest feedback, and deliberate exposure to harder problems. Recognised as someone who raises the capability of the team, not just the quality of the code. Models the engineering culture the organisation is trying to build. You're unlikely to thrive here if You prefer executing predefined tasks over taking ownership of ambiguous problems that require exploration, experimentation, and iteration to solve. You view platform engineering as building infrastructure in isolation rather than treating it as a product with internal customers whose adoption and satisfaction drive success. You're uncomfortable with rapid change and continuous improvement, preferring stability and established patterns over evolving practices based on data and feedback. If reading our Culture Document leaves you feeling neutral rather than energised, hx may not be the place where you'll do your best work. We're building something that asks for commitment and conviction, and we want you to feel excited by the opportunity to grow with us. Compensation At hx, we're committed to salary transparency. You'll always have clarity on pay early in the process - our Talent Partner will share details with you during initial conversations - and we're working towards publishing salary information for all roles globally. Because we're building at the intersection of technology/SaaS and insurance, our roles don't always map neatly onto traditional benchmarks. Our approach is to design compensation that's competitive in the market, fair across teams, and aligned with the impact our people make. Equity: We offer equity across all roles at hx, making it a significant component of total compensation. Your Talent Partner will be able to share more details about this. Benefits £5,000 training and conference budget for individual and group development. 25 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays (33 days total). Company pension scheme via Penfold. Mental health support and therapy via Spectrum.life. Individual wellbeing allowance via Juno. Private healthcare insurance through AXA. Income protection and Life Insurance. Cycle to Work Scheme. Additional perks Top-spec equipment (laptop, screens, adjustable desks, etc.). Regular remote and in person hackathons, lunch and learns, socials, and game nights. Team breakfasts and lunches, snacks, drinks fridge, and a fun office at The Ministry. Exceptional opportunities for personal development and growth as we build something remarkable together. Interview process Initial call with our Talent team (30 minutes). Manager Interview (60 minutes). Technical Assessment (system design whiteboard) (120 minutes). Values Interview with Tech Leadership (60 minutes). We offer! Our commitment to Diversity hxers are at the centre of everything we build. We know that progress depends on diverse perspectives, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive, grow, and make an impact. We recognise there is always more to do, and we take responsibility for shaping a workplace that is not only diverse but genuinely inclusive. Diversity is not just the right thing to do, it is key to solving the complex challenges we choose to take on.
