About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect with strong HCM expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that align with business strategy and HR transformation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of HCM modules, enterprise architecture principles, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to deliver scalable and future-proof solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and design of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions , including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence, and Recruiting. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand workforce strategies, challenges, and requirements, translating them into effective system solutions. Define end-to-end solution architecture and integration strategies across HCM, ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems. Provide technical leadership and governance throughout project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with best practices and Oracle standards. Develop roadmaps and blueprints for Oracle HCM adoption, upgrades, and optimization. Oversee data migration strategy, security framework, and reporting solutions (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts). Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery. Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud updates and industry trends, recommending enhancements to maximize value. Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of experience with Oracle applications, with at least 4+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and implementation. Strong expertise in multiple HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting). Solid understanding of integration tools and technologies (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts). Experience leading large-scale, global HCM implementations or transformations. Proven ability to translate business needs into architectural designs and technical specifications. Familiarity with enterprise security models, compliance, and data privacy in HR systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. Oracle Cloud certifications (HCM or Architecture) highly desirable. Preferred Skills Experience with multi-pillar Oracle Cloud deployments (ERP, EPM, SCM alongside HCM). Knowledge of HR business processes, compliance requirements, and best practices. Strong problem-solving, solution design, and analytical skills. Agile delivery methodology experience.
