Act as a conduit between change, delivered products and the business, ensuring strong relationships based on trust are built, maintained and leveraged. Support in the design, building and testing of solutions with a view of how changes will impact the business and customers and act as the "voice of the customer" when appropriate. Monitor the progress of business adoption activities within the assigned project and target business area, reporting on progress including risks and issues and attending and contributing to relevant governance forums and business meetings. Monitor and manage the operational impact of changes including the impact on Business As Usual (BAU) activity, key performance indicators and the impact on performance levels, collaborating with key business stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks to delivery of business objectives. Work closely with the Business Architects and define and implement appropriate checks and measures to monitor change benefits, ensuring that new systems, processes and behaviours are embedded effectively to guarantee future success and desired business outcomes.
