We are looking for a Product Manager (IoT Services) and Technical Pre-Sales Lead to join us on a permanent contract in our Jersey office, or as a remote worker across the UK or Europe. Key Responsibilities Full lifecycle management of the JT International IoT Services product portfolio (Core-as-a-Service; Roaming, Transport, Hosting and Professional Services) Including definition of new services, delivery, in-life performance monitoring and enhancement/withdrawal to ensure alignment with commercial objectives Technical assessment of new Professional Services requests to identify viability and potential solution paths Creation of costed technical assessments for new initiative proposals (hardware, software and delivery effort) to be presented to customers (via the Account Managers) Management of the interface for new Professional Services initiatives into the JT delivery teams, ensuring that requirements are accurately captured, demand management processes are followed, and relevant delivery resource is engaged Delivery of Professional Services requirements within time, cost and quality constraints Definition of IoT Services product roadmap in conjunction with the Business Unit Head to align with annual budgeting and Business & Operating Plan procedures Support operational teams as required to provide technical subject matter expertise in the resolution of service and customer incidents Provision of pre-sales support as required within JT International, including travel to customers' premises when necessary Research, design and evaluate new solutions and technology in order to drive and support the JT International roadmap and strategy Operation with the Service Assurance team to ensure that suitable support documentation is created and maintained Skills Knowledge and Expertise A detailed understanding of IoT technologies and markets, and full-lifecycle senior product management experience in a B2B environment Experience in assessing solution performance and recommending service improvements for enterprise clients Ability to process complex technical requirements into comprehensive quotes and proposals Technical knowledge and understanding of core network architectures Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels (including to Board level) Numerical skills to technically size network capacities, commercial proposals, etc Creation/modification of operational and technical documentation Awareness of operational legislation covering telcos and financial businesses Benefits 26 days holiday Private Healthcare Pension Bonus Scheme Professional Development JT are trialling a new model of working called "Smart Ways of Working" (SWOW).
