Description As the Modern Workplace Technology Team Lead, you will be working as part of an established team that serves as the primary point of contact for Modern Workplace support and adoption across a number of Midlands offices. You will cover a range of senior-level BAU, maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud-based Modern Workplace services. In addition, you will overlap into project-based responsibilities with the Senior Infrastructure team, predominantly within a Microsoft environment covering technologies including Azure and Office365 from a migration and upgrade perspective. You will also ensure compliance with IT policies, manage assets, track IT performance, and liaise with vendors for hardware/software procurement and upgrades. Alongside the core elements of Modern Workplace and server work, you will also have the chance to mentor and manage a small team of Technicians, who primarily cover 1st/2nd Line support. Service Delivery: As well as your Microsoft skill-set, you will have a good level of experience across Service Delivery/Service Management.
