Financial Services client in London is now looking for a Field Support Technician to join their business on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to provide support across all their UK offices assisting with hardware and software problems via phone, email and in person.
The role is London based but will involve some travel between all UK sites with the occasional overnight stay. Full driving license and willingness to travel across UK sites is essential
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous Helpdesk (telephone support) experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Experience/understanding of Sage
* Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Usage
* Microsoft Exchange experience
* Good working knowledge of Citrix
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems (XP/Win7) and MS Office (2010/13)
* TCP/IP experience and basic networking
* Full understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
