We are seeking to recruit an ICT Network Services Technician to support to ICT Network Services Manager and team colleagues in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and development of the organisation’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure. This role provides multi-level technical support, daily system administration, first and second line helpdesk services for hardware, software, and in-house applications. The Technician supports the evaluation and deployment of new technologies and assists in the rollout of newly developed systems.
The role involves identifying and delivering training needs within the organisation. Additionally, the role includes the creation, design, and ongoing maintenance of the organisation’s website and intranet, ensuring effective digital communication and information delivery across the network.
The successful candidate will be educated to HNC level in a relevant discipline and have practical experience in supporting hardware, software, and basic networking within a Windows environment.
