The Network Operations Engineer will join the Customer Service Team providing remote and onsite support. You will be required to work within a Helpdesk environment as a technical escalation point as well as working on specific projects and tasks defined with you by the Management Team. This includes regular field based work across the customer base in both a reactive and proactive manner. Due to the nature of this role previous experience within a customer facing environment would be highly advantageous.
