Build & maintain well-structured/secure RESTful APIs to power data exchange & integrations. Write clean, efficient, reusable code, following coding best practices and coding standards. Conduct testing of web applications, identify/fix bugs, ensure optimal performance & functionality. Optimize web applications and APIs for cloud performance and reliability. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing web applications. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging web technologies. Assist in project planning, task estimation, & participate in Agile development processes. The ideal candidate will have the following: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. Proven experience as a Web Developer. Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with libraries like React, Angular, Vue.js, and Ionic. Proficiency with server-side programming languages like PHP, Python, or Node.js, and experience working with databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server). Familiarity with version control systems (Git), & Azure cloud services & architecture or other cloud platforms. Expertise in developing RESTful APIs using tech like ASP.NET Core Web API or Node.js. Understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization techniques. Experience with version control systems, eg Git, & Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent attention to detail, with focus on delivering pixel-perfect designs and code quality.
