We currently have a great opportunity available for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team working on a hybrid basis from our London office and also at home . You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £75,000 per annum . About the role of our QA Automation Engineer: You'll be working within the Product function at Axiom HQ to ensure that changes to our platform are robust, performant, and with defects at an absolute minimum. We need you to help implement an automation testing strategy that spans the development process, from developer unit tests to load, volume and concurrency testing and end-to-end regression. Responsibilities of our QA Automation Engineer include: Creating and executing automated regression tests for the Axiom platform Carrying out integration testing of API and front-end components Carrying out load/performance testing of the platform Working with developers to help design and build an effective unit testing framework Coordinating with manual QA testers to ensure an optimal testing strategy Working within the agile sprint pattern to test live software changes Providing regular insights to the Head of Product to inform the QA strategy Troubleshooting and helping create solutions to quality issues that arise What we are looking for in our QA Automation Engineer: Experience with E2E testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, or TestCafe Experience with unit testing methodologies and frameworks such as nUnit Experience with component-level testing tools such as Postman Experience with automated build and test frameworks such as Jenkins Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner Experience of writing tests in C# using the Microsoft .NET framework Experience with MS SQL server database systems Experience with javascript frameworks such as Vue.js Benefits our QA Automation Engineer will receive: Employer pension scheme Gym/fitness benefits Flexible working Increasing holiday allowance based on time with the firm Excellent work life balance and company culture Highly technical with great attention to detail Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities Ability to itemise and employ a methodical approach to large or complex tasks If you are looking for a new challenge, please click apply now to be considered as our QA Automation Engineer - we'd love to hear from you!
