The JM Group is working with an international media company based in Central London who are looking for a Business Analyst to work on a global IT Transformation Programme. This role is offered on a contract basis.
To be considered for this Business Analyst role you must have the following key skills and experience;
* Strong experience as Business Analyst who has worked on major transformation programmes
* Worked on large digital programmes where you are delivering solutions.
* Experience working with digital content
* Experience working with ITIL and Prince2
* Knowledge of BPMN and UML
* Worked on programmes with numerous work streams
* Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall environments
* Preferably worked within a media, retail or Ecommerce background
* Excellent communication skills

Application Support Manager required (eCommerce / Ecommerce / Online Retail / Digital Commerce / Multichannel )
Application Support Manager required for a rapidly growing Digital Technology business specialising in the Online Retail sector. This is an interesting role, dealing with the growing amount of support issues that are being experienced with my client’s rapid growth. The Application Support Manager will be engaged with the leading eCommerce platform hybris (around 75%+ of the work) and the NAV platforms that the company have in place for their eCommerce capability, growing out a small team of support & helpdesk analysts/engineers. You will be the main point of contact for all eCommerce related production support issues, escalation, problems and changes. The selected candidate will have experience in and be working on the following:
• Implementing and maintaining ITIL disciplines
• Putting processes in place to head up and drive the support functionalities of the business forward.
• Dealing with all production issues and problems via JIRA.
• Not escalating the problem to the senior management team (being proactive and thorough in your triaging)
• Managing all outside communication with the business to conclusion
• Stopping the bleeding of the support unit (long term) working with the QA Team, Business Analysts, Developers and Delivery Team.
• A logical thinking process should be applied to everything in this role, the selected candidate will showcase this thoroughly and have support DNA’d into his veins…
