Role Responsibilities;
- You will be responsible for defining the agile testing practices, and will be enthusiastic about and experienced in automated tests to support Continuous Delivery.
- Collaboration with Business Analysts and Developers to agree UAT tests that get automated; experience in Continuous Delivery, with investment in automation allowing us to make rapid changes/releases would be beneficial
- You will use your people management skills to lead less senior testers and colleagues from the wider area of the business who are UAT testing under your supervision.

- Where automation isn't possible you will ensure that manual testing is documented
Required Experience;
- Strong experience and understanding of Agile (particularly Scrum) software testing methodologies and the practices of a Tester in this environment.
- Experience testing in a Waterfall environment, using Quality Centre to manage, document and run testing.
- Not only will you be highly experienced in testing front end web pages, but you will also be experienced in testing middle tier web services that link to Enterprise Systems.
- Solid experience of working within an agile web development environment to support an agile scrum process.
- Testing Automation Technologies such as Selenium (where a deeper understanding of coding tests is desirable).
- Writing test scripts in agile and waterfall environments.
- Expertise in estimation, working within a ticketing system such as JIRA, updating a SCRUM board and delivering agreed scope within Sprints.
- Solid relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of continuous improvement practices is desirable.
