About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to develop, maintain, continuously improve, and support both internal and client-facing IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and telecoms systems. The successful candidate will report directly to our Global Infrastructure Lead, providing expert Infrastructure oversight, while working with the wider IT department to ensure the successful delivery and performance of our IT services the fulfillment of our obligations, and Service Level Targets.
What you will do
Takes a lead role in completing more complex project tasks to enable the on-time, within-budget, and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.
Takes a lead role in conducting more complex root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting IT Infrastructure.
Work with the global IT team to undertake maintenance activities to ensure that the servers (both Cloud and on-premise) are secure to make sure IT infrastructure remains available and ‘fit for purpose’
Perform L2 and L3 incident management for Desktop and Server Infrastructure Technologies Supporting the systems administrator(s) with BAU support, providing an escalation point for high-level users and issues
Infrastructure innovation, in line with business plans and software development
Develop an understanding of ISO 27001 and assist with audits, compliance, and policy development
Perform root-cause analysis on cyber and compliance risks
Out-of-hours work to support global teams when required
Takes a lead role in developing documentation for the more complex technical areas. Mentor less experienced team members in the execution of their duties
Ensure security compliance of the IT infrastructure by carrying out remedial actions as required

To assist the managers in monitoring budget expenditure to ensure project costs are contained within approved budgets. Assist with general telephone enquiries from customers and colleagues related to customer experience team queries, ensuring a prompt informed response to queries. To provide support to ensure that relevant records, monitoring information and project expenditure adhere to funding requirements for externally funded projects. Contribute to and champion our digital strategy by supporting digital engagement with our customers and promoting every opportunity to become digitally included. Support the team in conducting project appraisals for agreed community investment and resident engagement projects. Appraisals should demonstrate measurable outcomes that show clear outputs and outcomes and how the project is benefiting TCH residents/communities and responding to identified social needs. Description Join our team as a Temp Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smoothoperation of logbook and tracker management within the Company. Your responsibilities will includemanaging logbooks, tracking maintenance activities, and following up on outstanding remedial work.We're looking for someone detail-oriented and efficient to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities: Chasing contractors to drive down backlog reactive tasks. Cleansing damages tracker, chasing jobs and pushing to completion, ensuring submissionfor invoicing. Processing TVR's, cleansing trackers to ensure tasks are being quoted, completed andinvoiced in a timely manner. Producing reports as required. Some data entry updating notes in the CAFM system. Electronic filing on the SharePoint system as required. Answering Helpdesk calls and taking messages if no other coordinators are available toanswer. Maintain logbooks for maintenance activities. Follow up on outstanding remedial work and ensure timely completion Profile to have Experience in working within Facilities Management Job Offer Salary: £13.50 per hourGeneral Overview & Contract Information: Expected length of assignment will be 6-8 weeks initially.
