Main Duties:
+ Handling escalated calls from the IT helpdesk
+ Taking ownership of all aspects of core corporate infrastructure
+ Administering the VMware vSphere infrastructure and SANs
+ Monitoring and troubleshooting the server and network performance monitoring system
+ Administering backup and disaster recovery systems and processes
+ Keeping operational documentation up-to-date.
Key skills:
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Group Policy
+ Networking expertise (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs)
+ Proven working knowledge of VMware
+ Expertise with Microsoft desktop Oss
+ Demonstrable experience with SANs/NAS
+ Experience with Microsoft Azure/hybrid infrastructure deployments and SSO
+ Administrative skills with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
+ A good working knowledge of Linux and Macintosh desktop OS deployments
Salary:
