Develop a high level technical understanding of the underlying platforms (e.g. SQL Server, Data Warehouse, .Net) that those products are built on Provide training/coaching/mentoring on Agile methods to individuals and the IT Core Development Team so that they can self-govern Run the Agile events for the IT Core Development Team (Daily Stand Up, Planning, Review, Retrospectives), making sure they are following the right process Help the IT Core Development Team become experts in the art of Story writing Act as the IT Core Development Team "Safeguard" and remove impediments for the Team Assist the IT Core Development Team with continuously improving on Velocity, Lead/Cycle Time, Quality and Process Work with the Business and Product Owners to prepare Product Backlogs, Prioritisation to deliver Business Value early Apply tools, patterns & techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Agile framework - think ATDD/TDD/BDD/GWT, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, XP Work with the tools for managing codebase and task management (eg TFS) SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: An excellent understanding of Agile way of working.
