NETWORK ENGINEER – LONDON – CISCO, JUNIPER
An opportunity exists for an experienced Network Engineer to join a prestigious global client based in central London, to join an existing team responsible for all aspects of the company’s voice and data communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain network uptime and assist with network issues
* Monitor network resources and perform preventative maintenance
* Resolve network related trouble tickets
* Evaluate business requirements for systems; formulate and recommend solutions
* Design, Plan, Implement, Manage and Support Multi-layered Switches, Routers, Firewalls, WAN Acceleration and Two-factor Authentication and VoIP
Skills/Experience Required:-
* Extensive networking experience, ideally within a global infrastructure
* Comprehensive networking knowledge with experience in recommending, installing, and managing all aspects of TCP/IP networking in a mixed Windows, Macintosh, and Linux environment
* Cisco routing and multi-layer switching
* Cisco or Avaya VoIP
* Cisco or Aruba Wireless
