Job Description
As a Mobile Engineering manager you will be part of the engineering team, you will be delivering solutions and features for one of the largest and most complex sales businesses in the world.
You will be leading a team that is responsible for the development of our mobile applications and mobile features including our Apple iOS and Android are looking for a strong hands on manager that has experience with management of an engineering team and diverse development technologies such as Objective C, Swift, and Java.

Qualifications
*A demonstrable passion for code quality
*A demonstrable passion for developing engineers' skills and abilities, hiring new engineers at a very high bar, and cohesive team building leadership
*5+ years of experience managing and growing a team of developers
*5+ years professional experience engineering in Java, C, C++ or Objective C
*2+ years professional experience engineering software on connected consumer electronic devices
*2+ years professional experience building e-tail or online commerce software
*A strong command of agile methodologies, planning, costing, and execution
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proven attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
*Sound problem solving, flexibility, technical troubleshooting, negotiating, diplomacy, and decision-making skills are crucial
*Ability to multitask, works well under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
*Knowledge of standards-based, cross-browser design and mark-up
*Demonstrated personal initiative and strong ownership of projects
*Exceptional relationship building skills with strong ability to influence others. Should be comfortable interacting with diverse groups
