In this role, the Senior Analog IC Design will be working with a small and dynamic team to develop novel memory technology. You will be responsible for the design and development of architecture for bespoke memory chips that will meet the rising technological demand. You will be involved in all aspects of the design process from specification, sign-off to test chip design and foundry process evaluation. The successful engineer will have a strong memory chip and compiler design background with the ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the challenges related to IP delivery. Responsibilities include: Writing detailed Analog architecture specifications Work with silicon verification, and validation teams Analog IC Design, simulation and layout using industry standard EDA tools Design methodology development and optimisation Layout verification - DRC, LVS Select and integrate IP blocks Industry degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 7 years experience in Analog IC Design with specific experience in non-volatile memory chip design (FeRAM, MRAM, PCM, ReRAM, or Flash), embedded and/or standalone memory chips.
