Maxegan Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to join an exciting, rapidly growing business.
My client is a leader in their field and a pioneer with their unique digital supply chain system and platform that currently partners with many major, global businesses.
This vital role will be a lead player within the business, leading the software development programme and managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
Key responsibilities, include:
- Create and own the software development programme plan from initiation to closure
- Efficiently coordinate with the cross-functional software development programme team
- Responsible for commercial management of selected vendors and partners
- Lead steering committees and align with the senior management team on the overall programme priorities
- Supports the creation and development of the project facilitation framework
- Supports the creation and development of the partner management framework
- Lead any continous improvement process workstreams regarding the software development life cycle
- Leads strategic new customer onboarding programmes
For this opportunity, you will need:
- 5+ years experience in project or programme management
- Experience delivering projects or programmes covering the full software development life cycle
- Experience leading customer facing projects
- Experience in working with digital agencies on large scale software development projects
- Lean & Agile Practices
- Commercial Management
- PMP or Prince2 Certification
- Agile Certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe)
