Desktop Implementation Engineer (DV clearance) - Field Engineer - Windows 10 - Cisco VTC

A law enforcement organisation are seeking an actively DV cleared/Developed Vetting holding Desktop Implementation Engineer to join them for an initial 6-month engagement to work either from the client's London or Birmingham office a as a base location.

Mandatory experience:

• Mainly looking after mainly desktop/hardware/PC/laptop/handheld device-related issues - mostly off the shelf products
• Patching
• Cryptographic support
• Prioritise work queues in ServiceNow

Desirable experience:

• Knowledge of networks
• Strong background in SCCM

Some day trips or staying over at night may be necessary - Full PPE will be provided whilst travelling
