Job Description We are seeking an experienced IT Change Analyst to oversee the IT change lifecycle, ensuring changes are implemented effectively, efficiently, and with minimal risk to the business. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing and assessing change requests, conducting risk and impact analysis, supporting governance activities, and driving continuous improvement across change management processes. It's essential to be fluent in French and English for this position. This role is offering a hybrid working contract with 3 days per week in either the Ashford office or Hemel Hempstead office, and as such a good degree of self-motivation and flexibility is required. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring compliance with change management policies and audit requirements, and collaborating with service owners and technical teams to improve change success rates while reducing emergency changes. You will also support and enhance Change Enablement, Release and Deployment Management practices, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of IT services across the organisation. To be successful in this role, you will have at least six years' experience in IT Change Management or Change Enablement, together with a strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly Change Enablement and Release and Deployment Management. You will possess proven experience in risk assessment, impact analysis, and configuration management, as well as excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with enterprise service management platforms such as ServiceNow would be advantageous. Applicants should hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with an ITIL v4 Foundation certification. A cloud-based certification in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable. The Role We are recruiting for a growing Managed Service Provider in Ashford who are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to strengthen their technical team. This is a senior, hands-on role supporting a varied client base across Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, networking and security. You will act as an escalation point for the wider support team, taking ownership of more complex technical issues that require deeper investigation and experience. There is also a growing pipeline of project work, so alongside BAU support you will have the opportunity to get involved in migrations, infrastructure upgrades, network deployments and Microsoft cloud projects. As a smaller MSP, they are looking for somebody comfortable getting involved wherever their technical expertise is needed rather than working within a narrowly defined remit.
