About The Company Fortitude 17 is a growing tech start-up company that provides software testing and training services to a variety of industries, working within global ERP, CRM and HRIS project implementations. We boast a fabulous team of people and are looking to have somebody join the business to complement our current team in a Training & Development Lead capacity. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step up in the training realm; someone who wants to make a difference and truly carve out the growing Training offering within our business. The Role The Training & Development Lead job will see the successful candidate work primarily with the CEO & Founder in a full-time and mostly remote capacity, though there will be onsite presence required intermittently, depending on projects that Fortitude 17 support. The main duties of the role include: Driving forward the training landscape for Fortitude 17 Building our eLearning courses and curriculum design Aligning our company goals for training against industry standards Presenting training workshops to end users (client-side) Procuring training materials in video and document formats (client-side) Creating training-related documentation including plans, strategies, schedules, etc. Assessing the training needs of clients and projects, using TNA and assessment methodologies Working closely with the Test and Change Teams for further alignment, gap closure and risk/change management Driving meetings and contributing to business development planning sessions, etc. Owning and coordinating the entire Training work-stream across Fortitude 17 Working with external stakeholders and F17 colleagues to influence Training approach Building a team of exceptional individuals to grow our Training services and product remit Essential Requirements Experience of working in a Training Lead capacity across multiple technology projects Excellent across all forms of communication, and particularly confident when presenting workshops Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure Ability to facilitate and progress multiple tasks over a short space of time Conscientious nature and a will to win A passion for education and making a difference Self-sufficient and able to coordinate own workload A good proficiency of document creation tools, and eLearning software A minimum of 3-4 years working with LMS platforms Able to combine remote working and working on client site Desired Requirements Experience of working for start-up companies Working within large-scale projects, specifically ERP, CRM and/or HRIS transformations Experience and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions Proficient in using EasyGenerator Benefits Generous leave allowance Mental Health days in addition to annual leave Opportunity to travel and support clients overseas Great company for personal growth, with opportunity to find your niche within our company Opportunity to work with former and current athletes that understand excellence and our committed to driving standards across the business We are looking to have someone in place to start in mid-July 2024.
