Cloud2
IT Systems Administrator
Cloud2 Bradford, United Kingdom
Excellent opportunity with salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 Are you looking for a move to a Company where you can add real value and grow significantly with the Company?  Do you have a good understanding of technical systems but want to take it further?  If you’re answering yes, then this exciting opportunity is for you. We’re looking for an IT Systems Administrator who, whilst may not yet have all the IT technical acumen, does have the passion to provide excellent customer service and has a methodical approach. As a leading Microsoft Gold partner based in Yorkshire, Cloud2 work with organisations to help them achieve their digital transformation goals. We do this with our Digital Workplace and Analytics accelerators built on Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, Power BI and Azure helping customers move to and adopt cloud technologies. Because our solutions are 80% pre-built and 20% customised, what makes us different is not that we can deliver in the cloud, on-premise or hybrid, but that we do it fast, cost effectively and tailored to our customers’ needs. So who are we looking for?  We’re looking for someone with experience of Microsoft technologies like SharePoint, Windows Server, Active Directory Services, Internet Information Server, SQL Server etc.  Attention to detail is key and you must have a high degree of problem solving and trouble shooting skills.   You will need to demonstrate that you understand Change Management process and Helpdesk tracking systems, alongside an understanding of data protection and information governance issues and obligations. Ideally, we are looking for someone from a technology services consultancy background – used to dealing with customers – not locked away in a back office.  We need the technical know-how but you have to have the ability to engage with our customers in a non-jargon, easy to understand manner. Sorry but no recruitment agencies please.
