Robert Half are working in partnership with a market-leading, continuously growing business in Swindon to recruit a FP&A Analyst to join their finance function. This is an autonomous role that will be heavily involved in financial/operational reporting, business partnering, financial modelling and systems engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that is part or newly qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA that is looking for a commercially focused, progressive role within a renowned business. This is a permanent full-time role offering a salary between £45,000 - £50,000 plus hybrid working and other excellent benefits. The Role The main duties of the FP&A Analyst role will consist of: Lead and manage development and quality of internal financial business reporting and analysis Maintaining data and support commercial and operational reporting Business partnering with various stakeholders; reporting for new business activities, systems problem solving and developing/maintaining KPI's and data for operational performance Management, analysis and consolidation of quarterly forecast and annual budget Financial modelling; build and maintain budget model via systems Involvement and engagement with a variety accounting system, super user for financial analysis. Requirements To be considered for the FP&A Analyst role, you must ideally possess the following experience/attributes: Must have financial analysis or management accounting experience Ideally part or newly qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA Financial modelling experience would be desirable Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Good organisational skills Experience using an ERP system would be advantageous Confident user of Excel Salary & Benefits £45,000 - £50,000 annual salary Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Pension scheme On-site parking Employee discount scheme Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
