Your new role You will be responsible for leading a small team delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis. This role supports key decision-making through management accounts, KPI packs, forecasts, and budget models, board and flash reports. You'll engage with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations, and drive improvements in reporting processes. The role offers the opportunity to shape reporting excellence and contribute to strategic outcomes in a fast-paced, data-rich environment. What you'll need to succeed You will be a part-qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) or AAT qualified/qualified by experience with relevant experience. You will have strong management accounting, analysis and reporting experience gained in a large and/or complex organisation. You will have strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills, along with experience in team leadership and financial planning. You will be living within a commutable distance of Lincoln as the role is hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office). SAP Change Manager - 7 months - Onsite/Remote SAP Change Manager required for a 7 month contact. 2/3 days are required onsite in the Midlands and 2/3 days will be remote each week. Responsibilities: FICO Change Manager to: Work with the SKUs to drive and manage the Change Impacts and Actions with the Key Users and Finance team Help to understand the impact on the changes to work with automation and introduction of new ways of working Support the SKUs delivering Business Process Engagement sessions, that are process flows highlighting the key change impacts Help the SKUs with business engagement, including Leadership/Management Engagement (Summarised BPEs, UAT Playback Sessions, Cutover Planning Sessions) Support the Workstream Lead, Super Key Users and Kus through the UAT phase (Previous SAP FICO Implementation experience is key on this) Support building the FICO Business Cutover plan based on the Change Impacts and Actions Support the Co-ordination of the Finance sub stream of FICO. You will join the current team and be responsible for new IT installations, decommissions, office clearances and collections of redundant IT equipment. You'll need to be responsive to our customers' needs, a good communicator, totally reliable, flexible and a team player. Principle Accountabilities: Responsible for installation to desk Ability to communicate with customers regarding newly installed items (to include any update changes and windows upgrades) Responsible for the decommissioning of redundant equipment (namely removal of redundant Servers within a Data Centre environment) Conducts DC Audits Printer config Labelling & cabling Responsible for the disposal of customers items and adhering to safety procedures with regard to packing the items and transporting back to base. Cable management Fault finding and simple fixes (resolving network issues and any hardware/software issues) PC/Laptop builds hardware and software and printer configurations To foster team work and collaboration in order to achieve own and Company objectives To liaise with all stakeholders positively and to put recommendations forward as appropriate in order to support the Company's continuous improvement ethos What do we look for in a candidate?
