If so, this is the role for you. The role Based in the Programme Office Team, you will deliver data and analysis to stakeholders across the business to drive performance and decision-making. It's an exciting time to join as the business is transitioning towards a data-centric future; moving away from manual Excel reports, towards a self-serve, automated data provision, primarily based in Power BI. You will be instrumental to its success. You will work collaboratively with others to develop and maintain dashboards and management information and you will use this information to provide valuable insights and analysis which drive effective decision-making. You will share this knowledge with the team and other key stakeholders to enhance learning and to identify improvements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI, which deliver clear business benefit. Analyse data and compile clear and easy-to-digest insights which enable decision making by the business. Build a deep understanding of the data to ensure data accuracy and integrity is maintained and to identify gaps / areas for improvement. Share knowledge and skills with respect to data visualisation and analysis techniques with other members of the team. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders from across the business to understand and support delivery of their data analysis requirements. The ability to influence others without direct authority is desirable. Identify and support the delivery of continuous improvement activities and change initiatives within the team. Carry out thorough developmental testing on new or amended tools, reports and processes. Until the business has fully transitioned across to Power BI, there will be a requirement to produce regular reports, to an exacting standard, using Excel. Administration of systems and acting as a point of contact for queries, including monitoring the team Mailbox. Respond to and deliver ad-hoc business requests in a timely and professional manner. Knowledge and Skills Must be experienced and proficient with Power BI and Microsoft Excel. Strong numeric and analytical skills. Experienced in utilising data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data visualisation. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Able to effectively convey complex data insights. Strong organisation skills, able to plan and manage workloads to support routine work, projects and ad hoc requests. Strong attention to detail and the aim to 'get things right first time' Logical thinker and problem solver with strong analytical skills. Proactive with a healthy questioning attitude. Experience of AGILE methodologies would be an advantage but is not essential.
