Your key responsibilities Managing monthly contractual reporting and governance for internal and external stakeholders Managing financial analysis and reporting on service finances Actively tracking and monitoring progress against SLAs, especially those that incur financial penalties, providing status and risk reports to Service Delivery Leadership Working closely with the Learning Evaluation Analyst who coordinates the distribution and analysis of learning evaluation surveys on our learning managed services Contribute to continuous improvement within our service delivery approach, especially to reporting automation initiatives Skills and attributes for success We are looking for an MI and Reporting Analyst who has experience of MI and Reporting activities supporting delivery operations in a fast-paced environment such as a shared service centre, call centre, operational delivery centre or similar. For this role, strong analytical skills and good commercial acumen are also a key requirement. To qualify for the role you must have Strong analytical skills and previous experience in a reporting analyst capacity preparing MI and insights for internal and external stakeholders Experience of managing processes and resources to deliver great service to clients Strong organisational skills Good stakeholder management skills A commitment to delivering exceptional client service Experience of using business intelligence and reporting tools such as Microsoft PowerBI Ideally, you'll also have Experience of delivering HR related services such as learning and coaching, education or workforce analytics Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically Experience of design thinking and improving user experience What we offer We offer a competitive remuneration package where you'll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
