Your Roleand Responsibilities Helping clients unlock value from their information assets through collaboration with domain experts and by embedding innovative data analytics solutions in existing services lines Ability to take initiative and derive innovative solutions that tailor our insights and solutions to specific industry, sector, and regulatory dynamics. Collaboratingeffectively with multi-disciplinary teams across a range of industries to help our clients transform and improve their business Responsibility for a robust set of tools and infrastructure to sanitize, store and manipulate data (following leading standards for data security and privacy). Performingstatistical analysis and modelling using a variety of tools and programming languages to tell compelling stories to our clients through the application of Data Visualisation software Applying predictive modelling techniques to key business issues faced by our clients to allow them to transform and improve their entire organisation Skills and attributes for success Previous experience in a consulting or industry role Strong academic recordincluding a degree in arelevant, analyticaldisciplinewith an interest in data andawillingnessto learn new skills and technologies Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex information using clear non-technical language Continuously builds and masters key technical, functional and professional skills A passion to contribute to the growth of the team, bringing energy, enthusiasm and thecourage to lead and develop others Demonstrates ability to directand leadthe activities of junior team members Naturally inquisitive andanalytically minded withthepassion and ability toapply new techniques to deliver insights and solve problems Experience using programming languages such as R, Python; data manipulation tools such as SQLorData Visualisation softwareincludingQlikview,PowerBIor Tableau.
