About You: Proven experience in business development or technical sales, ideally within security infrastructure, steel fabrication, or critical sector markets. A passionate hunter self-motivated, proactive, and driven by winning new business. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with confidence in driving deals to completion. Commercially savvy, with an understanding of technical product specifications and client requirements. Resilient, independent, and able to manage a varied sales pipeline.
