This is a brand new role where you will have ample scope to help shape the way that our client utilises Aladdin both on a day to day basis and more strategically. The ideal candidate will have had significant experience enhancing custodian data to ensure seamless integration and transactions and be fully conversant with instrument data set up across trading systems. This is a pivotal role that will prioritise, investigate, review and resolve queries and requests for data from a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders. This role will offer a great degree of visibility and ensure that the successful candidate is consistently developing their skill base. The role Permanent and Contract Senior Business Analysts are required to support the BA Practice Lead. You will be experienced in multiple areas of business analysis and be able to exercise professional judgement to independently complete most tasks and cope with complex business problems. Core competences include: • BA Planning and Monitoring • Elicitation and Collaboration • Requirements Lifecycle Management • Strategy Analysis • Requirements Analysis and Design Definition • Solution Evaluation You will utilise techniques such as stakeholder analysis including RACI, use case modelling and documentation, user story development including acceptance criteria, Business Rules modelling and documentation, business domain and process modelling including BPMN, workshop facilitation and traceability management. The requirements Possessing a higher education degree, possibly Computer Science or similar, you will have had formal training in business analysis fundamentals resulting in BA Certification from the IIBA (CCBA or CBAP), BCS or equivalent. Possessing a minimum of 3-5 years formal business analysis experience you should have worked in project teams of more than 10 people, ideally in internationally distributed teams. Agile experience would be ideal.
