Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and scope changes while ensuring appropriate governance and transparency. Contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery practices by applying Cognite's PMO methodologies, playbooks, and lessons learned. Required Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of experience delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects. Experience managing enterprise or industrial digital transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams. Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and informed decision making. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and project profitability. Experience within one or more industrial sectors, including Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Power & Renewables, or Life Sciences. Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently across technical teams, customers, and executive stakeholders. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet. Willingness to travel up to 25% as required. Preferred skills PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification. Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Industrial IoT, SCADA, MES, or Operational Technology (OT) environments.
