You'll also stay hands-on where it counts: shaping the complex integrations, unblocking the team, and making the calls that keep business-critical services running. It's a hybrid role. You'll be onsite at either the London or Birmingham office 2 days a week, with the site confirmed during the process. Key responsibilities Own the integration architecture on the Boomi AtomSphere platform, across Cloud Integration, Application Integration, and API Management. Design solutions end to end: model the requirements, choose the patterns, and document decisions clearly enough that others can build from them. Set the technical standards, reusable assets, and governance the development team works to, and improve them as the programme grows. Mentor Boomi developers and review their work to raise the quality bar across the team. Run the stakeholder conversations that matter: probe for the real requirement, build consensus where people disagree, and turn fuzzy ideas into something deliverable. Manage expectations on milestones, dependencies, and timelines, and flag risk early. Essential experience 8+ years in integration, with deep hands-on Boomi experience and time spent in an architecture or technical lead role. A track record of designing Boomi integration solutions end to end, including one or more of Salesforce, NetSuite, or Oracle EBS. Strong command of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and JavaScript / Groovy scripting. Experience defining standards and reusable frameworks that other developers build on. A pragmatic problem-solver who can explain technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical people alike. Nice to have Boomi certification (Professional Developer or Architect level). Prior public sector or regulated-environment delivery. Security clearance You'll need active SC Clearance to be considered. Please do not apply without active SC Clearance

Senior Software Developer
Change Grow Live Leeds, Yorkshire
Overview Where : UK flexible - office space available in major UK cities, but remote-ok. Occasional ( once per quarter) national travel to Leeds office for hackathons, team events etc. Hours : Full time, 37.5h/week Why Change Grow Live? Change Grow Live are a health and social care charity. We support people in a huge range of difficult situations, including those who use drugs and alcohol, and those whose home life is affected by drugs, mental health and/or domestic violence. We're the largest charity of this type in the country, supporting tens of thousands of people in their own journeys. Hundreds of staff work across our organisation to support some of the most vulnerable people in society. Among the many services we offer are: Needle exchanges, both in-person and anonymous Screening for blood-borne viruses Drug testing for fentanyl, nitazene and other harmful additives Prescribing safer alternatives to opioids to reduce harm from street drugs Working with local pharmacies to check people have picked up life-saving medication Case workers who specialise in helping children and young people Responsibilities Our technology We've got complex requirements: recording, monitoring and reviewing information about our clients, with their informed consent. Our in-house web application acts as an electronic patient record, a case management system, a quality management system, and more - it's grown over the last 15 years! We started out with a Perl application, and have improved it aggressively over the years. All our software is deployed using Docker containers using ECS; much of it using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Pulumi. Our data is stored in a serverless/autoscaling MySQL database. Newer work is often written in TypeScript, using NestJS and SvelteKit. We'll use a variety of testing tools in both languages: end-to-end, integration and unit testing are all covered. We practice a genuinely blame-free culture with incidents/mistakes and always focus our conversations on improving processes, not individual recrimination. We're looking for compassionate, bold, open-minded software developers to help us build this software. Your efforts will empower frontline professionals carry out their life-saving work. About you! An ideal candidate will have some familiarity with SQL : our team write queries often! We'd love to see candidates with some strong knowledge of HTML and CSS beyond the basics. We don't need you to know any frameworks in particular - but we'd love to see great fundamentals for building on the web, so you should have some experience building applications using JavaScript in the browser. Debugging and testing experience is a must, in any language - we think that's a highly transferrable skill. Previous experience with Perl is not a strict requirement. We're happy to show you the ropes - you'll be up to speed in no time! You should really care about security . You'll be happy to openly discuss approaches which make the software as safe as possible for people who use our services. You'll relish - or at least, enjoy the challenge of - diving into legacy code and documenting, improving and testing the code our users rely on. When you choose to rebuild things, it's because you genuinely understand the previous solution and its shortcomings. You'll be a curious, generalist thinker, never limiting yourself to one narrow specialty. As a team, we'll jump from CSS to AWS infrastructure in a day's work. Of course, we don't know everything: it's a perfect environment for learning; "I don't know, let me check" is always a good answer. What we will give to you: 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) rising by 1 day for each years' service "Capped at 30 days". Paid 'Wellness' hour each week along with a 'Wellness' hub and Employee Assist Programme Contributory pension scheme Cycle to Work scheme Eye Test Vouchers A great selection of benefits incl. discounts for shopping, cycling, gym membership, cinema, holidays, etc. A friendly and supportive team Training, career development & progression opportunities Please ensure that when completing your application form and supporting statement, you reflect on the details outlined in the job description. This will help us understand how your skills and experiences align with the requirements of the role. If this sounds like you and you'd like to begin your journey with Change Grow Live, then we'd love to talk to you As we want to get to know you, not an AI tool. Please make sure your application is written in your own words and genuinely reflects your skills, experience and motivation for this role Direct applications only we will not be engaging agencies for this vacancy. We reserve the right to close the vacancy early if we receive a high number of applications, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Method Grid
Senior Front End (Vue.js) Developer
Method Grid Bath, Somerset
Method Grid; one platform to connect knowledge, process and delivery. Founded in 2016 - and following growth-enabling investment in 2021 - we're now a team of nearly twenty. Our platform continues to develop at pace, and we can now count on some of the UK's largest AEC (architecture, engineering and construction) and Professional Services companies as advocate customers. But we've still got work to do. Our ambitions for 2026 and beyond are considerable. Our product roadmap is 'bursting at the seams' with feature ideas that we're keen to build - and we're motivated to further harness AI and ML to help our customers deliver projects consistently and compliantly. This role will be offered remotely. We have tried-and-tested practices and processes in place that make this work seamlessly. However, we do commit to co-locating once a quarter, for our all-team Summits. These are based in Bath (there could be worse places to visit!) and brings the whole Method Grid team together for two days. If you're interested in joining an ambitious, Values-lead team, then read on The Role Whilst part of a broader team, you'll find yourself working closely with a member of our backend team on feature releases. We push out new releases regularly and we've some ambitious plans (significant releases) for our platform in 2026 and beyond. In terms of technologies, a solid grounding in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is essential. We've spent considerable time and effort in updating our application in Vue.js, so strong experience in this area would be essential. As a Senior, you will have experience of component-based architecture and Agile engineering practices such as TDD (possibly also BDD). It would be beneficial if you had some exposure to full-stack development - particularly around debugging back end issues (PHP, Python) - but this is secondary to the front end requirements. About You You may have already worked in a start-up/scale-up technology business. It isn't essential - but we are looking for curious minds who are keen to explore new technologies. To the extent we allocate 10% of our development teams' week for pure R&D. We have a tight-knit, high-performing development team already. One of the core reasons for this is that they support each other unconditionally. Where a team member may have a gap in knowledge, someone will pro-actively step-in to provide guidance. This should also be part of your behaviour. Working for a start-up/scale-up technology firm should be something that builds some excitement in you - otherwise, why do it? We're at a stage of our growth journey where the future could be genuinely exciting, but it will take hard work to get to the next stage. As mentioned, you will have advanced skills and experience in Vue.js, coupled with deep knowledge of HTML, CSS and accessibility. Why Join? Method Grid is an early-stage SaaS platform with an ever-growing list of impressive customers. We've recently secured significant investment both to accelerate the build of our product and to hire a team of passionate experts to deliver an outstanding customer experience. It's going to be an exciting journey. We believe we have a unique product that will only get better. We celebrate diversity and how it can empower a high-performing team. But the one thing that does unify us is our values. As we grow, we intend to keep our values front-&-centre. We have a great (and growing) team of co-workers who embody the cultural values of: (highly collaborative) Central Rock (client-centricity) Never Settle (never ending pursuit of excellence coupled with humility to recognise we never get there) Egos at the Door (take our work seriously but not ourselves) Fast Craft (ruthless speed when it comes to product development)
