In our team you will: Co-create & expand on client's sustainability goals and requirements; and translate those to the technical design and implementation plan of complex, scalable and robust solutions; Learn the latest developments in the platform and roadmap, platform provider cloud technologies, the latest offerings, and services; Develop complex hybrid solution architectures to ensure solutions and roadmaps are comprehensive and appropriate to achieving clients' sustainability targets; Keep building your delivery know-how by staying current on market innovations and the latest methodology, tooling, and assets/accelerators; Develop knowledge of key sustainability trends and how they impact client value chains and opportunities; Set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, deliverables, stage gates, schedule, resources, and costs; Work to build market leading tech sustainability offerings, leveraging modern technologies and sustainable delivery methodologies to support our clients goals; Help your teams connect the dots and collaborate effectively by sharing a passion for sustainability and understanding and sharing solution and delivery integration points across functional workstreams and technical disciplines. Show more Show less Qualifications We are looking for experience across the following skills: Extensive knowledge and experience developing solutions within SAP/Microsoft/Salesforce technologies portfolio; Proven track records of configuring and customising at least one of the solutions from SAP/Microsoft/Salesforce portfolio; Broad knowledge of multiple solutions within at least one portfolio of software providers; Experience of working using Agile methodology and tools; Broad understanding of emerging technologies (Cloud Native, Data, AI, Robotics, etc.) and in driving new points of view and capabilities; Experience in prototyping, usability testing and data visualization literacy; Proven track record of delivering high quality work with an attention to detail; Relationship building with clients; Junior staff development and mentoring; Passion for environmental and social sustainability; First class written and verbal communication skills.
