Prepare and review detailed technical drawing packages using Revit. Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and relevant industry standards. Attend client, design team, and site meetings throughout project delivery. Support junior architects and technicians through mentoring and technical guidance. Contribute to business development, technical innovation, and continuous improvement across the practice. Senior Architect Job Requirements Qualified Architect with several years' post PartIII experience. Strong technical delivery experience, particularly across RIBA Stage4. Experience delivering large scale residential, hotel, student accommodation, or mixed use developments. Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable. Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing. Strong communication, leadership, and client facing skills. A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving processes and contributing to business growth. Knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Principal Designer duties, sustainability, or emerging technologies would be advantageous.
