Change ManagerApplylocations: Bicestertime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id: JR1888At Dalcour Maclaren, we're key players in the Utilities and Infrastructure industry, bringing the UK and Ireland closer to Net Zero every day. Our land, environmental and geospatial experts work together to unlock the consents needed by our clients to deliver key projects. Our services include land access and assembly, agricultural liaison, planning, environmental impact assessments and geospatial mapping. Join us, and play your part in helping us to achieve our vision; to be the professional services team of choice, leading the Utilities and Infrastructure industry to a sustainable future. Role Purpose: This role sits right where people, process, and innovation collide - and for organisational purposes it lives in our DM Academy. You're here to spark behaviour change and build capability, so our people don't just adopt new tools and ways of working - they own them. You'll fuse structured change management with learning design, behavioural science, and data-driven adoption to make sure innovation doesn't die in a slide deck, but lands, sticks, and delivers visible value across the business. Responsibilities: Change Strategy & Planning Diagnose the gap between how things are and how they need to be; understand blockers, incentives, and what it'll take to shift behaviours. Run change impact and readiness assessments; segment audiences and tailor your approach. Define adoption metrics and success criteria - and build them directly into delivery plans. Training & Capability Uplift Lead learning needs analysis and design capability pathways that genuinely elevate performance. Deliver blended learning that actually works - in-person, virtual, self serve, job aids, microlearning, simulations, the lot. Put measurement at the heart of learning: assessments, skills rubrics, and on the job KPIs. Communications & Engagement Craft simple, sharp narratives that explain the why, what, and how without corporate clutter. Set up demos, pilots, clinics, and user groups; build a movement through your champion networks. Facilitate workshops that cut through indecision and drive alignment. Stakeholder & Leadership Enablement Coach leaders and SMEs so they role model the behaviours and keep feedback loops alive. Partner with Innovation, IT Operations, and People Teams to sync change, release plans, and adoption needs. Manage resistance with empathy and backbone - escalate risks early, and with clarity. Adoption Analytics & Benefits Track leading and lagging indicators - engagement, usage, proficiency, cycle times, error rates - to tell the real story. Drive reinforcement and habit building interventions that embed change long after launch. Support benefits realisation and make sure lessons learned actually shape what comes next. Required Skills & Experience: You've led change in environments where ambiguity is the norm and comfort zones don't exist - tech, digital, transformation, whatever it is, you've taken teams through it and made it stick. You're a standout facilitator and trainer - the kind who can energise a room of sceptical engineers just as easily as a group of non technical teams. You know learning design inside out: adult learning, blended approaches, job aids that actually help people - not corporate wallpaper. You don't just "know" change methodologies and agile delivery; you use them as weapons to cut through noise, blockers, and inertia. Data doesn't scare you. Dashboards, surveys, qualitative chaos - you can turn them into insight and action without blinking. Stakeholder management? You're credible with senior leaders, trusted by frontline teams, and unafraid to challenge anyone who gets in the way of progress. Bonus points if you've got behavioural science instincts (nudges, habit loops), UX sensibilities, and fluency in digital workplace tools like M365, collaboration platforms, automation, or data/AI enabled solutions. Prosci/ACMP or similar change certification - because you back instinct with discipline. CIPD L&D or learning design credentials - showing you take capability seriously. Coaching, facilitation, or agile credentials (ICP ACC, A CSM, etc.) - because trailblazers refine their craft. Target KPI's Behavioural: Shifts in behaviour that you can see, feel, and measure - higher percentages of people doing the right things, faster time to habit, and a noticeable drop in workarounds that slow us down. Learning: Real capability gains - assessment uplift, sharper on the job accuracy, and a shorter runway from "I've learned this" to "I can do this confidently." Adoption: Active usage that doesn't just spike at launch but sustains; deeper feature engagement, repeat usage, and sentiment that moves from "Why are we doing this?" to "Why didn't we do it sooner?" Benefits: Tangible performance gains: faster cycle times, fewer errors, better safety and quality outcomes, and ROI indicators that prove the change delivered more than just good intentions. Benefits: Annual bonus scheme 25 days annual leave plus 1 day to celebrate your birthday Vitality Health Membership (including Private healthcare, subsidised gym membership and other discounts) Flexible working through our 'Flexible Advantage' supporting working families & your work/life balance Pension Scheme via The Peoples Pension Life insurance (4x Base Salary) Free on-site parking in non-city centre offices Cycle to work scheme 26 Weeks paid Maternity Leave 4 Weeks paid Paternity Leave BHN Extras - provides discounted gift cards for hundreds of popular retailers Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice Scheme (provided by Octopus Electric Vehicles) effective at 1 years' service Sabbatical Policy effective at 3 years' service Professional development - paid study leave Military service paid leave (7.5 days per year) Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) plus wider Mental Health & Wellbeing support 2 x Company-wide events every year, in addition to multiple office socials throughout the year Dalcour Maclaren is an equal opportunities employer.

Proudly B Corp certified, we have committed to a deep belief: to make truly exceptional products in a more responsible and transparent way. Whether based at our cliff top headquarters in St. Agnes, Cornwall, or in one of our retail locations across the UK, Finisterre is a truly unique brand and career proposition. Perched a few hundred meters from the crashing Atlantic, our HQ at St. Agnes' Wheal Kitty Workshops is at the heart of our brand. Here we stay true to our original design ethos of functionality and sustainability brought to life in an understated style and identity, always remaining committed to product, environment, and people. As we enter the next exciting stage of global growth, we are on the lookout for talented individuals to join our crew. So, if you are as passionate about the ocean as we are and if you want to be part of a truly authentic, purpose led brand and you share our vision to create exceptional products in a responsible way, then we would love to hear from you. ABOUT THE ROLE We have a great opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced tech leader to join a growing purpose led brand. Our Head of Technology owns the technology strategy and roadmap for Finisterre, translating commercial and operational priorities into a coherent plan for systems, data, infrastructure and IT. This is an exciting, hands on leadership role with broad accountability - spanning ERP, integrations, data, cyber, end user IT and other business platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Architecture Define and own the technology roadmap, setting integration standards and the architectural framework within which our systems operate - NetSuite, Shopify, middleware, 3PL, BI tooling and other platforms across the business. Input on selection, evaluation and implementation of future technology, ensuring new systems are fit for purpose and integrate coherently with the existing stack. Lead the build of our data infrastructure, including data warehouse, pipelines and reporting layer, partnering with Finance, Commercial, Product, Marketing and Operations to ensure output is trusted and used. Create and maintain a company wide data governance strategy. Keep pace with the rapidly evolving technology landscape, identifying and evaluating emerging tools and trends that could meaningfully improve how Finisterre operates with particular focus on how AI and automation can improve efficiency, decision making and customer experience across Finisterre's operations. Lead Finisterre's approach to AI - identifying where it can meaningfully improve how the business operates, evaluating tools, setting governance guardrails and ensuring adoption is pragmatic, ethical and aligned with our B Corp values. Systems & Operations Own the ongoing development and optimisation of NetSuite, managing the ERP partner relationship to drive performance and data quality. Manage the outsourced IT provider relationship, ensuring the workplace is properly set up, maintained and protected - covering end user computing, devices, network connectivity, identity and access management, and onboarding and offboarding processes across all Finisterre sites. Lead all technology projects end to end - from scoping and solution design through to implementation and embedding. Ensure every solution is evaluated not just on technical merit but on how it will actually be used: operationally viable, commercially sound and adopted effectively across the business. Monitor system performance and make recommendations to improve the technology infrastructure. Security, Compliance & Governance Own cyber security and data protection as a single accountability - maintaining GDPR compliance, holding the DPO relationship and leading our cyber posture. Maintain the technology risk register and embed appropriate controls (change management, access reviews, incident reporting) without slowing the business down. Partners & Budget Manage all external technology partners - from the day to day outsourced IT provider through to ERP, middleware and platform vendors - holding each to clear SLAs and delivery standards, and consolidating where the business case is clear. Own the Tech & IT budget, providing the CFO with clear forecasts, cost transparency and ROI visibility. Team Build and lead a small, high performing technology team - currently two Technology Assistants - mentoring and developing capability in house while keeping the function lean and right sized as the business scales. Work closely with leaders across the business to understand commercial challenges, bringing clear and pragmatic technology thinking and acting as a trusted advisor on systems, data and process. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO FINISTERRE Significant experience in a technology role within a multi channel, consumer or e commerce business. Genuine breadth across the stack with the depth to challenge partners and the judgement to know when good enough is the right answer. Practically fluent in AI - you understand what the tools can and can't do, know how to evaluate them without being swayed by hype, and can bring the business along on adoption in a way that's grounded and responsible. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills - you listen well, absorb different perspectives and aren't afraid to constructively challenge, earning trust across the business through credibility rather than authority. Hands on ERP experience; NetSuite and Shopify familiarity is a must. A track record of building data infrastructure and working with BI. Solid understanding of cyber security and GDPR. Proven at managing outsourced partners - writing SLAs, running tenders, holding suppliers to account. Commercially sharp and operationally minded - you evaluate technology through a practical lens, ensuring solutions work for the people using them day to day and don't create operational complexity. Entrepreneurial and hands on - you thrive in a lean environment and take ownership.
