32Co is disrupting the healthcare space. Our vision is to help all clinicians deliver the latest innovations in healthcare, improving the standard of care for millions of people through cutting-edge technology. We're an award-winning, Tier 1 VC-backed health technology start-up solving a multi-billion dollar problem - funded by the people behind Revolut, City Mapper, and Depop. As we rapidly scale across the UK and beyond, we're looking for ambitious talent to join us on our mission to transform care at a global scale. The Role We're hiring our first RevOps Manager to "own" the systems, data and AI infrastructure powering the revenue engine across 32Co, Aerox and future verticals. You'll own our RevOps stack - currently HubSpot, BigQuery, Metabase, Attention, Aircall and Claude - and help evolve it as we scale. A core part of the role is building and managing the Claude skills used daily by our commercial, AM and marketing teams, ensuring outputs are accurate, insightful and grounded in real business data. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks like an operator, builds like an engineer and is excited about the practical impact AI can have on go-to-market teams. Beyond maintaining systems, we want someone who proactively uncovers insights, spots issues early, and builds tools and processes that make teams more effective every day. What you'll own: AI Infrastructure & RevOps Own the AI, systems and data infrastructure powering the commercial organisation. Build the Claude skills, prompts, automations and integrations that help AEs, AMs, marketing and leadership operate inside AI day-to-day. Identify repeatable commercial workflows and redesign them using AI and automation. Constantly challenge existing systems and processes, improving how the business operates at scale. Commercial & Finance Enablement Proactively surface insights, identify risks early, and build dashboards, workflows and tooling that make commercial and finance teams materially more effective. HubSpot Own HubSpot end-to-end across all 32Co verticals - pipelines, automations, reporting, integrations and data structure, with a focus on reducing admin and improving commercial execution. BigQuery & Metabase Own the analytics layer across HubSpot, product and operational data. Build dashboards and early-warning reporting that give the business clear visibility into pipeline, revenue and commercial health. Who You Are: 3-6 years in RevOps, ideally with time spent at a high-growth B2B startup with deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise Comfortable in SQL - you can write your own BigQuery queries and ship a Metabase dashboard end-to-end without needing a data analyst Genuinely AI-native. You use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n or similar every day, and you have shipped with them and have built Claude / Cursor / agent skills that other people in your org rely on (AI building blocks, not one-off prompts) Loves to see, play with and interpret data. You don't wait to be asked - you spot things, surface them, and ask "should we be doing something about this?" You build to enable, not to gatekeep. Your instinct when you see someone struggling with a manual task is to ship them a tool, not own the process yourself Strong systems thinker - you can see how a HubSpot change ripples through to a forecast, a comp plan and a customer experience Commercially sharp. You care about the number, not just the dashboard High agency. You will be the first dedicated RevOps hire - you need to be comfortable defining the role as much as doing it Why Join Us: Real-World Impact: Your decisions will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and reshaping how specialist care is delivered across the UK - and eventually, far beyond Competitive Package: Competitive salary with regular performance reviews High-ownership growth: Build the systems, set the standards, and leave a real mark on how the business scales Founding Team: You'll work alongside some of the sharpest minds in health-tech, united by a mission that genuinely matters Private medical insurance: Access to Vitality Health private medical insurance because we take care of the people who take care of the business Flexible hybrid working: We all come together three days a week, but the rest of the time, enjoy the flexibility to work from home or our Hoxton office Perks: Birthday day off, regular team lunches, quarterly socials, and an annual company retreat
