Work includes software builds, software updates, repairs, diagnostic fault finding and preparing kit to be shipped to various customers. The right candidate will have experience in configuration software builds, problem solving and fault finding, Laptop and Desktop repairs, be familiar with software and hardware components of tablets, desktops and laptops. Logging issues and closing calls on the company computing system. Liaising with internal teams whilst building relationships. You will escalate any issues to the supervisor that may affect delivery to our customers, you will be extremely well organised in your approach to asset tracking and traceability of those assets.
