Due to ongoing client wins and internal expansion they are looking for a (Microsoft Dynamics 365) savvy CRM Solutions Architect to join their growing team. Role: As their CRM Solutions Architect you will work closely with their Account Managers to understand and interpret client strategic business objectives and advise on the technology architecture required to support the implementation of all objectives. You will also act as a senior developer for some escalated project work ensuring that technical implementation meets customer requirements in order to achieve their strategic and project objectives. You will keep up to date on latest technology and software as a service-oriented architecture in order to provide customers with best fit technology solutions. As a member of their technical team, you will provide feedback and suggestions in order to assist with improving Company best practice and customer experience. Key Tasks: Produce informative and detailed specifications and quotes for project related work and business central upgrades Effectively implement technical proof of concepts or solutions Comprehend and understand customer requirements and business strategies in order to design appropriate technical solutions and technology systems architecture in order to support the desired outcome Undertake effective data base management and business analysis in order to comprehend customer requirements Undertake extensive research into new technologies or new features for upcoming versions of systems implemented Provide expert pre-sales support by providing account managers with technical insight in order to draft appropriate quotations Complete effective stakeholder management ensuring that communication is effective and informative to a variety of different stakeholder, managing expectations where appropriate Complete high-level development tasks and change requests, acting as a point of escalation as required Effectively liaise with Company departments including the sales, service team, consultancy team and development team, providing effective handovers, in order to ensure an excellent customer journey in line with Company Service Level Agreements and Quality Standards Attend monthly Operations meetings as and when required, providing detailed and accurate technical project updates in order to assist with workforce and budget planning Out of hours work as and when required in line with project requirements including late nights and weekends Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries via email, telephone and attending site visits UK wide as required Effectively contribute to business focus areas by providing constructive feedback on internal processes to improve Company best practice Required: Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Demonstrative experience in a Microsoft partner environment Extensive knowledge of Third Party addons such as JET reports, Zetadocs, MobileNAV, Continia Document Capture, Azure Development and Microsoft Power Platform Proven experience in development High level research skills Other Stuff; £'s; fully DoE up to approx. £90k + benefits (as well as an annual profit share bonus scheme) Location; permanently work from home / remote (UK based).
