Deputising for the Head of Technology, you will plan, schedule, and develop technology solutions and advocate and instil an effective process-driven approach that will enhance, optimise and streamline their operational delivery organisation-wide. You will act as a mentor to the juniors within your team, influentially work with product stakeholders and suppliers and also regularly collaborate with your peers across the marketing, fundraising and engagement, volunteering and service delivery teams. Specialising in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Azure Data Warehouse, and Power Automate; you will effectively own the technical output of the team. Role - Dynamics 365 Developer Skills - Dynamics 365 / Power BI / API Integrations Salary - Up to £45,000 Work Pattern - Once per quarter in the office (remote first) The Role Oscar Technology have a new opportunity for a D365 Developer which is an urgent requirement. This role is exclusively available through Oscar and will be interviewing before Christmas. This role is a key hire for the business, D365 is a central system for them and they have a number of key projects this role will play a key hand in contributing to (more on that below). This role will suit a candidate with experience of working within an organisation that has developed an internal CRM to be the source of truth within the suite of internal applications, integrations and sales & marketing processes. You will be joining a young dynamic company at a very exciting time, during its next phase of expanding internationally. This role can be offered on a full time or reduced hours basis. Full time is 37.5 hours, over 5 days a week. But we are open to anything from 3-5 days a week or reducing the hours, splitting it across fewer days etc. All options are on the table. Because their CRM system is central to their architecture there is a huge project to bring everything into the CRM and Integrated with a variety of other systems, across Sales, Marketing and Finance Source of truth - Large scale project, bringing all internal software and processes inline with the CRM being the source of truth data wise. International - Ground up build of US CRM and integrations. Finance - Large integration with Sage Your responsibilities in this role will be: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, ensuring alignment with business goals. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business processes to meet specific business needs. Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and integrations as required. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business applications and third-party systems. Implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition from legacy systems. Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to identify and resolve issues. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
