You communicate clearly, manage your own deliverables, and work with growing independence in fast-moving environments, knowing when to take initiative and when to elevate to a senior compliance partner for guidance. Nice-to-have experience Progress toward or completion of professional certifications such as ACAMS, CRMP, CRCM, CCEP, or equivalent. Exposure to NYDFS regulations, BitLicense requirements, state money transmitter licensing, or other payments and digital asset regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with institutional crypto products such as custody, OTC trading, tokenized securities, DeFi yield products, or enterprise stablecoin infrastructure. Exposure to AI-adjacent compliance considerations, including agent-based transactions, automated decision-making, or emerging AI-enabled commerce models. Experience with KYC/KYB processes, transaction monitoring, fraud operations, or compliance operations in a crypto, fintech, or payments environment. Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment. Commitment To Diversity At MoonPay we believe that every voice matters.
