About You We're looking for someone who combines excellent technical knowledge with strong organisational and communication skills. You'll ideally have experience of: Supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments. Microsoft 365 administration. Active Directory, Group Policy and user management. Network administration including TCP/IP, switching and wireless technologies. Virtualisation technologies and endpoint management. Hardware support across desktops, laptops and mobile devices. Leading or mentoring an IT support team. You will also: Have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Be confident managing competing priorities across multiple locations. Enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, as regular travel between sites is an essential part of the role. What's on Offer? Permanent, full-time position.
