Machine a wide variety of materials, including exotic alloys and hard metals, to tight tolerances. Conduct quality checks using appropriate metrology and inspection equipment, following AS9100 and first-off inspection procedures. Maintain production efficiency and quality through adherence to 6S and Lean manufacturing practices. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical or process-related issues. Work independently to manage workloads while contributing effectively as part of a team. Key Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years experience as a CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter. Strong understanding of CNC programming and toolpath optimisation. Proven experience within Aerospace, Oil & Gas, or Automotive manufacturing environments. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to precision. Knowledge of AS9100 standards and quality assurance procedures. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills. Desirable Attributes Experience with offline programming software (e.g. Mastercam, Edgecam, or Fusion 360). Understanding of process improvement initiatives.
