Establish and provide enforcement support for data governance policies, standards and procedures. Development and maintenance of the enterprise data artifacts (data models, CRUD matrices, business glossary, and data catalogue). Develop and report on key performance indicators regarding data quality, compliance with data-related policies, standards, and other data governance program objectives. Lead and facilitate continuous improvement efforts leading to efficient data governance processes. Communicate and educate business owners and stewards on data best practices. Collaborate with data architect(s) and data engineering colleagues to ensure the creation and optimization of consistent data quality checks. Requirements: Strong understanding of data governance principles, best practices, and frameworks. Experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise-wide data governance strategies and frameworks. Ability to establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures. Proficiency in various aspects of data management, including data quality, data security, metadata management, master and reference data management. Knowledge of data privacy, data security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, DPA). Excellent partnership and engagement skills to collaborate with leadership, IT teams, and business end-users.
