Ideal candidates will have experience working with a wide skillset and have a thirst for technologies. In this position you will be exposed to O365, Veeam, Azure and much more.

We are looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join a well-established and fast-growing IT Services, Solutions and Consultancy practice.

You should have at least 4 years working in a commercial IT Support environment - preferably within a Managed Service Provider. You will be responsible for providing technical support for Enable Technology's Managed Service customers with the aim of fixing all incidents or escalating to the 3rd line engineering team if required. This may include resolving more complex monitoring alerts, deploying the latest security updates, system maintenance and upgrading customer systems. Desired skills include:

Microsoft Office 365 services – experience in all aspects of Microsoft 365 migration and implementation highly desired.
Email services (Exchange, Exchange Online, Mimecast, Gmail)
