Divisional IT Manager

We are currently running a search for a Divisional IT Manager for a well established manufacturing group. This position will have responsibility across three of their main manufacturing plants in the UK supplying engineered components to some of the leading OEMs in the space. This company are currently going through a period of transformational change in readiness for a period of sustained growth. Thus this position will be tasked with implementing a standardised set of procedures and processes across the entire IT function for the UK facilities. The role will manage a multisite IT team and be the key influencer when modelling and implementing their IT systems and best practice. The individual will be tasked with transitioning previous multisite manufacturing experience into our clients operation, in order to achieve a step change which will provide a robust IT management system. The ideal candidate therefore will have experience managing a cross functional team within a complex multisite manufacturing environment. This individual must be hands on in their work, be able to effectively lead and develop the IT team and implement effective procedure to ensure robust function.
