NOC Engineer

NOC Technician Are you a technically gifted individual with a passion for customer service and enjoy resolving challenging technical problems? If so then we have the role for you! Our client is a UK leading and award winning organisation and are looking for experienced NOC Technicians to join their talented team in Maidenhead. You will be working on deployment racking, configuring servers and providing technical customer support . As this is a 365 days per year Datacentre environment, you'll be working within a 24x7 shift rota. Key Skills: * Good understanding of server hardware * Basic understanding of Cisco switches and firewall configuration. * Installation, configuration and administration of Windows, Linux and Vmware operating systems. * Basic understanding of Shared Hosting - FTP, Subdomains and Databases (MYSQL, MSSQL, ACCESS) * Basic understanding of Domains * Transfer Status * Basic understanding or control panels i.e. Plesk and cPanel * Technical customer support or Helpdesk experience You'll be rewarded with a great salary and benefits package and the chance to further develop your skills by participating in the company wide personal development plan.
