Royal Greenwich is a vibrant borough, with a rich history and diverse community. We're proud of the work we do to serve our residents and are investing heavily in digital services to create a happier, healthier, and more connected borough. Join us as a people focused digital, data and technology expert in a new team that improves services for residents and makes our borough truly digital.
What You'll DoAs part of our Product team in Digital and Customer Services, you'll lead and support multidisciplinary teams to identify problems in services and products, and design and implement solutions through in house development and third party suppliers.
You'll work closely with council service teams to understand their products, services and data. You'll translate users' pain points and stakeholder priorities into clearly defined problems to solve, analyse findings, and articulate recommendations, products and outcomes that deliver better services for residents and staff alike.
You'll visualise service journeys, map current and future state processes, and use data to quantify problems and model impacts on residents and the council. You'll project benefits and rationale for investing in new processes or technology, helping teams prioritise the areas where they can have the greatest impact.
You'll report to a Senior Business Analyst and play an active role in the Business Analysis Community of Practice, working closely with other disciplines to develop product practices and codify ways of working in our team.
