Business Development Manager - Glass & Aluminium Systems

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Location: UK (Hybrid / Field-Based)

An established and fast growing company within the glass and aluminium sector is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across commercial and residential markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in glazing, aluminium systems, facades, curtain walling, architectural glass, or associated building products.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with contractors, architects, fabricators, and developers, and expanding the company's market presence across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating and developing new business opportunities
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Building relationships with architects, contractors, and specifiers
• Identifying project opportunities and following them through to completion
• Working closely with internal estimating and technical teams
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven business development or sales experience within the glass and aluminium industry
• Strong understanding of glazing, aluminium systems, or facade solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• A proactive and commercially driven approach
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Full UK driving licence

• Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
