We raised our pre seed in 2024, from Susa Ventures (1 in 10 unicorn hit rate Flexport, Robinhood), who doubled down at triple the valuation in 2025. We've raised $4m and raising our Series A in the coming months.

We work in service of giving inspectors superpowers, building report writing tools that changes their lives and jobs - and increases company bottom line margins 10-20%, cuts reporting time 80% and doubles their capacity overnight.

Deployment Lead Role

As a Deployment Lead, you will be the player/coach driving our most critical AI deployments while leading and mentoring a team of top tier Deployment Strategists. You'll translate complex operational challenges into scalable solutions, acting as the bridge between hands on client success and broader revenue and product strategy. This is a high stakes, 1 to 100 building phase; you will be instrumental in scaling our accounts globally, standardising our processes, and expanding our GTM motion across Europe and the Americas.

What You'll Do
  • Player/Coach Leadership: Mentor and elevate a team of high performing Deployment Strategists while remaining hands on in executing top tier, complex deployments.
  • Building the 1-to-100 Playbook: Architect, test, and standardise highly structured deployment playbooks that can be seamlessly rolled out across new international markets.
  • Customer Expansion: Identify and secure massive expansion opportunities within existing accounts, blending deep operational problem solving with top 5% sales acumen to grow client lifetime value.
  • Global Execution & GTM: Drive our global Go To Market motion across Europe and the Americas, travelling to key client sites to ensure smooth project delivery and build trust based relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Cross Functional Strategy: Serve as a critical feedback loop to the executive team, with clear runway to expand your influence over broader management, revenue generation, and product development.
  • Impactful Delivery: Apply your "raw horsepower" to navigate unforeseen roadblocks with innovative solutions, diving deep into the nuances of various inspection environments to solve real world problems.

We are a venture backed AI startup in London (Clerkenwell) with a mission to transform industrial safety and efficiency. We offer a fast paced, high ownership environment where your contributions directly impact national infrastructure and critical operations. We've grown revenue 8x in one year and are scaling into hyper growth.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an exceptionally high skilled "co builder" and proven leader who thrives in a 1 to 100 growth phase. You should bring significant years of experience, including a track record of global deployment or GTM expansion, and a willingness to travel internationally. You are a well rounded generalist who loves getting hands on while lifting up the team around you. You must be exceptionally structured, pragmatic, and creative in your approach to problem solving. A top 5% salesperson with outstanding emotional intelligence and a high capacity for learning and execution is essential. While direct inspection or specific industry experience isn't required, a proven ability to build scalable playbooks and a genuine eagerness to master new domains are paramount.

Compensation & Location

This role offers a competitive base salary of £120 150k, depending on experience and skill, plus an uncapped 1% of all account growth - £100k+ OTE bonus. This is a London based role, requiring 5 days/week onsite work at our Clerkenwell office.
