As the BU Ops Delivery Manager for the Grocery Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring strategic alignment and operational consistency within the Business Unit. Your primary focus will be on leading and managing the Secondary Space Strategy and Value execution aspects of the Grocery Business Unit's strategy. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to optimise secondary and promotional space across the Grocery Food division, while also owning the price and value strategy for the Business Unit. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including category trading, commercial operations, retail, supply chain, marketing, and digital, to drive initiatives and achieve customer, colleague, and commercial goals. With your commercial experience and strategic thinking capabilities, you will analyse data and develop insights to support decision making, introduce new tools and processes for continuous improvement, and ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders. • Demonstrable retail experience, with understanding of commercial operations and customer impact.

• Experience managing or supporting line management responsibilities, including coaching or coordinating team activity.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at senior levels.
