Job Description

This is a full time, permanent position. Our client, is looking for fresh A-Level or Graduate candidates to join their team based in High Wycombe working as a Resourcer. You will have the ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and work on multiple assignments at one time, having the ability to prioritise workloads. Duties of the role will include: • To ensure the candidate market is mapped on Quartz using prior contact tools and information that can be attained from Social Media • Maximise the “client selling time” of colleagues with these duties • Undertake as much of the “non-client communication” recruitment process as skills and time allows • To actively enquire and listen to candidates to acquire business intelligence that may enhance business • As a team member to do what can be done to encourage and support the drive to “exclusive” assignments • Delivering face-to-face interviews • Creating candidate individual interview reports • Creating all candidates on assignment reports • Creating market reports on candidates • Response handling/telephone screening • Lead generation • Candidate feedback and quality checks • Attend client meetings with Consultants where appropriate • Conducting Candidate Searches via the web The successful candidate will possess the following skills: • Ability to develop long-term candidate relationships through delivering a consistently high level of service to support long-term repeat business • Ability to meet timelines • Ability to be a fully functional team member • Ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritise workloads • Personal impact/communications skills • Credibility/confidence • Influencing skills
